Q: Why that the LED light is not working.
A: Check that the power cord is connected properly.
Q: Why that Plug and play disabled
A: - Please make sure that the power cord is plugged on properly.
- Please make sure that the signal cable is firmly connected to the PC or the video sources.
- If the power is on, reboot the monitor to see the initial screen, which can be seen. Boot the computer in the applicable mode(the safe mode for Windows ME/XP/2000)and then change the frequency of the video card.
